Pros

Your ipad securely locks in. It's sturdy, spins 360 degrees and protects my precious ancient ipad very well.

Bottom of case that touches ipad is nice and cushiony and does a great job of protecting the ipad. It provides protection for the front and back of the ipad and a elastic band to keep it closed.

The closets two nooks are for vertical use. You can rotate the ipad to either landscape or portrait mode. Works perfectly and gives me infinitely variable positions for my screen.

Cons

As you can see in my pics, the spline is already 'threadbare' the plastic lock that enables rotation of ipad keeps popping out. Ipad constantly falls out of holder.
