I had tried others before but with no luck not sure if the product had been refrigerated as required from distribution to retial to purchase so that might have been the issue with the others

Im in the bathroom at least 8 times a day when i wake up before breakfast in between breakfast after breakfast in between lunch after lunch after dinneryou get the idea

One really has to try different product to figure out what suits him or her but if you are sorting out which ones to try this should definitely should go into your list
