Quality
I am very pleased with the product so far
Very happy with the product highly recommended
As a consumer im highly disappointed with the customer experience
But i had alot of issues with the belt a few months later
Price
X000d i am happy i got it and the price is very reasonable
The most tricky part for me was adjusting the running band but over all i love the item and the price
Dicks sporting goods price was too high another sporting outfit mid price range
I didnt expect so much cheap plastic on this machine but i suppose for the price thats to be expected
Shipping
It arrived in perfect condition with no broken or missing parts and seemed to be well protected and padded in the shipping box
The front was damaged during shipping but seems to still work fine
Didn’t come with instructions didn’t come with screws tools or any materials the shipping box had a huge hole in the middle
What really stunk was they turned the switch off before shipping
Packaging/appearance
Wish i could return but got rid of the packaging which is the only way you can return it
Once the treadmill was removed from its packaging which showed no sign of damage we found the right rear cover cracked
Once you push stop it erases what you ran and the calories burned
Competitiveness
It might be too early to leave a solid review but i got high hopes with this especially with a 3year motor warranty
It’s wellmade easy to assemble and it’s a great buy
You have to oil under the tread before your firsttime use and they provide the oil
Call customer service and they just give you the round a round

I wanted a treadmill with out a lot of bells and whistles

Its a no frills machine just the basics which is fine for me but i wouldnt recommend it for a young serious athlete or anyone over 200 lbs

I have sent two emails called their support people twice but have had no success in obtaining a replacement part

Its pretty basic no pause feature which would be nice but thats ok because im not a hardcore runner or anything
