Packaging/appearance
I just noticed this when i was unpacking and ready to take my supplements
Am 12 way thru my d3 bottle and realize the desiccate packet was not sealed
The other bottle i opened it and its so stinky just like rotten fish
I opened them and the top of the bottle was all black after peeling the seal so i had to throw them out
Competitiveness
I switched to another brand and am happy to report my level is now 53 normal
These d3 are in my favorite form which is soft gels and they were selected as the best value after much comparing
I find spring valley products to be competitive

Each gel cap contains 2x the daily requirement and each one is very small and as they are gel caps they go down easily

The symptoms of low d vary and you may not even know it

Capsules are very small if you have a swallowing problem we dont but i know some people do
