About the shipping it was awful, they gave me three different days of shipment, every time it was supposed to arrived, they would send me an apology email with another delay.

I have tried to donate mattress but no one is taking donations due to covid-19 and big trash pick up is not happening for a few months.

This is disappointing, as it hangs off the end of the frame and makes the mattress corners compress under our fitted queen sheets.
