Quality
I consider this to be a high quality product
This seems to be a well made product one that should last for many years and pickup was seemless good all around experience
I followed the directions soaked the stone one week later the brown sugar was just as hard as a rock
Product was dusty scratched and missing parts

Packaging/appearance
Perfect size for brown sugar and a lot less unwieldy than just storing in the original bag which we had been doing
I have since ordered the item from another source and it arrived in perfect condition
This item arrived damaged because of inadequate packaging
As a result the envelope was crushed in transit and the bottom of the item was badly cracked
