At this time the only complaint i could have is that the web says this model has 4 racks and a cover and this one only had 3 racks and no cover in the box

Everything worked fine but there was an error message towards the end of smoking the ribs and i think it was because there was flames coming up from the bottom

Turned it off let the flames stop turned it back on and it was fine

Temp doesnt stay where you want it all vents are closed the unit still wont hold temp probably should have bought the higher end model
