Upon opening the package 26 removing the item it fell out of its packaging and onto the floor

I got this little set to replace some offbrand kits i had been using
It has a charging longlife and easy recharge
It would have been a fivestar rating if it would have a charging light on it so you would know when it was done charging
The trimmer is a sleak gadget

The delivery people left my package laying in the middle of my driveway

I gave specific instructions for delivery and it appeared as though the rolled down the window and threw the package out and drove off

My first one lasted a total of 5half years and only died i accidentally dropped it from about 5feet roughly and even then it was dropped a few times over the years
