Fortunely one of them was broken the gel preserver come in packetslike tiny beads got stuck in the mechanism that moves the back up and down so we ended up returning the broken one

It is the most uncomfortable piece of junk i have ever bought

Also its not deep enough for my 12 year old child and the back rest is not high enough to have any descent support
