I got this at a very good black friday price also so bonus
It was purchase with a very good discount and i was told it could not be send again or honor the price i paid for
My 50 unit only came with one insert and no cookbook

Com it was easy to order and the delivery was very fast
First i ordered online and received the intant pot the next day
10 minutes later i got a text saying it would be delivered by 8 pm that night
But the item was delivered very fast
Packaging/appearance
The only thing i think should be included in the instant pot package is some type of recipe booklet even a few tried and true easy ones
Received instant pot packaging in a damaged condition
The box was undamaged the handle wasnt in the box
I bought one for my son for christmas he never opened the box until today
Competitiveness
Overall we love the build quality and the noises it makes are much less annoying than other brands
Dont worry next time i will buy a better brand and put this to rest
There is an overwhelming amount of different choices and i know many more are available online or in cookbooks

I have had this for months and more often than not the seal inside will not stay down and i have to keep pressing it down
