while i would like to give an overall rating of excellent i cannot because the opening needs some kind of screen more than the rubber inserts to prevent small utensils or medicine cups from falling into trap and being chewed up

We moved in and the product was already installed so i cannot comment on installation

i love the quietness

We do not put a lot down our disposal so i cannot judge how well it works it you put a lot of garbage down on a regular basis
