    You did have to go over the same area 3/4 times to see results but the rotating scrub brushes stopped working after 10 minutes could not get them to work even with customer service suggestions.

    I just used my carpet cleaner on monday, 3 day ago for the first time and the spin brush doesn't spin.

    I have the bissell pro heat, and the only way i could clean all the parts was to unscrew them from the unit.

    The water tank is very small and has to be refilled far too often over a small area.

    The suction is quite poor too, so you're leaving way too much water in the carpet, which of course is very bad for your carpet.
