It just doesn't make nice thick belgian waffles like i was used to from my old maker that died.

If you feel that if your going to take the time to make waffles and want it to be a decadent creation, then this is not the one.

There are scratch marks and the outer rim has lost some of the finish.

S not an appliance that we will use often, but it would not be able to keep up with a large group.
