My skin improved a lot with the old formula

My skin has not been dry since starting this product

I have been using this product for years and was extremely disappointed in the product change

Im beyond disappointed with the change and will have to spend my money elsewhere looking for a new product

The price is nice and theres always coupons and sales going on for gold bond lotion

And the price just keeps going up

I went out of my way to get that and only that no matter the cost or inconvenience

Packaging/appearance

Was a great product and the only one i one i would buy

This lotion used to be really good but they changed the formula along with the packaging

I just purchased a new tube of the healing hydrating cream with aloe it is definitely not the same formula that was in the old packaging

Competitiveness

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years

Weve tried other more expensive brands but we always come back to this tried and true

Hopefully they will change it back once they realize they lost a lot of loyal customers
