I'm very disappointed with this product it didn't work the wheels make a terrible clanging noise and it is very stiff and almost impossible to use

Pretty good value for the price but the one large drawback is that the brakes cannot be locked in place, which could make it a problem for someone trying to get up from a chair to use it.

He item was too small for the client otherwise it was a nice piece of equipment.

This thing was not only smaller than expected but the screws were too short to attach and one side where the handle slides in couldn't because metal was bent inside the hole.
