Great machine and best price from walmart
I really annoys me when i pay full price for something new that has been opened by another person
I ended up getting my back on this put that money plus what one extra set of replacement pads would be on amazon and got a vacuum mop
Shipping
Customer service made me send back the wrong item and they had to receive it before they would ship me the correct item
They should have shipped me the correct item and not made me to wait longer
Bissell delivered my spinwave within a few days of ordering
Packaging/appearance
It looked like it had been opened before—a lot of the packing stuff was missing
The box was taped rather than the normal factory sealing and a bottle of floor cleaning product was missing
Box seemed to have been opened previously
1st order in fully sealed box was missing the scrubber pads and solution
Competitiveness
I loved that the liquid tank is larger than other competitors its quiet does the job cleaning priced well and includes 2 bottles of cleaner
This item has a great price and is relatively quiet compared to other power cleaning products
The reason i wont buy this brand anymore is because i have bought the last 4 items of bissell and something was wrong with every item
I most likely wont buy anything bissell anymore
