Well packed in box nothing missing easy to setup
It came in a nice easy to unpack box
Poorly packaged cushion torn removed from cover left inside
Unfortunately the box it came in is ruined

My roommate and i purchased it for our college dorm after ikea sold over a thousand times
Weve had other futons in the past and none have compared to this one
If you are on the fence between this and a cheaper knock off version go with this one
