We bought this tree on sale online and not having seen it in person i wasnt sure what to expect

Could not return it to the store for a refund because it was shipped from a third party best choice products and when i called the company for a shipping label so sorry shipping was on me the box weighed 43 pounds and the cheapest was to return it cost me 64

We received the prelit tree with part of the tree not lit

We have tried calling customer service our only option because were not getting a response via email and have now spent over 4 hours on hold and have not spoken with anyone to remedy tbis issue

As i fluffed the tree i noticed the wiring on one of the lights was not inserted at all
