He has maybe only used it 5x since due to it being winter the snowice and not very good conditions outside for riding a hover board

At first i thought it was okay worked fine i even hooked up my phone to it to play music via bluetooth

I read the directions fully in the beginning and saw there needs to be specific temperatures for the board to work in so i have kept it inside to charge and also when it is not in use

Well this last time i have charged it about a week ago and i noticed that it wasnt charging and the light on the charger was off but when i unplug the charger from the hover board the light on the charger would turn green meaning that it was fully charged so i knew the charger wasnt an issue

The hover board is still new barely used theres no reason why it shouldnt work

The instruction manual has no troubleshooting tips in it
