These apple earphone adapters work great! i tend to go thru cords, i think because i often use the ipad while it's plugged in, do not buy the device is not compatible with iphone x my earlier review was about this product malfunctioning after little use, but it turns out that it was the cable i was using and not the adapter

Adapter works great and it does what it's supposed to do
