The maid and turn down service were both immaculate

There were no curtains in our room shutters and see through drapes so early morning light was also an issue

Having said that they offered us 2 glasses of a very nice wine on the house as an apology but i would recommend they start leaving the bottle on the table or on a stand nearby as there were a few times before this when our glasses were empty and we had to wait for the server to come and bring the bottle to fill them

It took her about 3 hours from landing in cape town to loose her cell phone in the back of an uber
