Staff are very polite and helpful especially makia who checks us in and out with great efficiency. Nice quiet hotel. Excellent service. Worth every penny. Big thank you to maria & leila who were very friendly and helpful great customer service.

Good shaving mirror and hairdryer. Public rooms are just as good. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the room for the 3 of us. Good amenity list.
Cons
Our room was broken into and robbed on our first night. Stains and rips on the wallpaper in the room.
With a wrist in a splint trying to get the shower gel out of the squeezy bottles on the wall was awful. If you are short the bathtub is a nightmare to climb into!
Gave order to a very unfriendly person at 21. Not at all comfortable. Only harsh, overhead lights. Also quite unpleasant.

I booked because of my mobility issues which means i cant walk far

However i think this may have been because i have limited mobility and we were allocated rooms conveniently on the ground floor

Room 219 very very tiny literally one foot between bed and wall with tv attached to wall
