We booked all inclusive but its not all inclusive at all

Breakfast dinner are in the hotel but lunch is only in the theme park and only in certain outlets which doesnt bother me however the all inclusive outlets are not all inclusive and depending on what you eatdrink you may be charged and as its all done on your wristband its very hard to know what is and isnt being paid for

Redbull is inclusive but orange juice isnt its all very confusing

Whilst we were there there were quite a few bits of the theme park that were closed the main kids slides for one wasnt open for most of out week there and on the day we left was only partly open the secret lagoon was also closed the full week we were there as was the balloon and a few of te rides

The music at the waterpark is ridiculous the land of legends is promoted to be all about the kids however the music lyrics are not

Fing whe is not appropriate lyrics in a family friendly place and the same songs were repeatedly played loudly so not easy to ignore

Finally the entertainment was great the first time we watched the show but its the same every night with the exception of the bubble man and i felt to start it at 10pm was too late

The hotel is absolutely amazing so much to do the staff can’t do enough for you
