The front desk rep further explained that the package we selected hot hot hot does not guarantee a king bed although thats what was listed

We asked her to show us on the website where it explained that the king bed is not guaranteed and she could not prove it to us on their website

We suspected that this a scam of the resort to force people to upgrade
