When we finally got the second room i do believe there was more going on than what they told us because our toilet was not working properly and they had to come up and fix it

This whole entire stay i had to call over 5 times for room service

We had to take our trash to the nearest dumpster since they never took it out

When ever we talked to room service they had horrible attitudes and acted like we were being entitled
