I approached the night porter who first told us we must be forgetful as we must of left the door open but for him also to say that he isn’t responsible for any missing items

He wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say he was just being very abrupt with us to the point he was by the room door trying to open it when we told him 2 of the ladies was getting changed he didn’t stop trying to open the door

Due to the night porter being like this we had to put an ironing board against the door it would bang if anyone tried to open the door as we felt unsafe being in the room due to this incident

Com who we made the booking with to report this they said they would contact the hotel to look into this matter

Com and asked for a full refund for the room and for the missing money to be replaced

You also have wires on the walls the are exposed in the hallway and you also have a dado rail by the front door with nails sticking out of it which is not very good safety measures
