I rang up the lewisham branch and was told i had indeed paid a lot more and was given a guest relations premier rate number to ring where i was on hold for 15 mins before someone answered

I was told nothing can be done no refund no cancellation no price change no gesture of good will because it was booked ironically on something on there system called savings

Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are as thick as a piece of paper

Hotel was understaffed with only 1 poor guy doing check ins and running the bar and also dealing with customer issues
