I had to call the support number the evening of my arrival around 2000 to remark on a lack of electric kettle but the response was very good and in fact a new appliance arrived while i was out at work the very next day

All instructions as to collecting the keys and access are sent by e mail well ahead of arrival

We travel with my friend to london from spain in order to enjoy some days we had really good time in camden except the night before our check out the lock stop working our keys stop working they try to assist us over the phone with no success then a security guard appeared to help us with no success then they call the manager of the property it was around 0210 the nice thing was that he answered his phone and he tried to guide the security of how to open the door they spend over the phone almost an hour in the end the manager instruct the security and another person that was on the phone to relocate us and which they did

Before my arrival i sent an email for access details and information and until this day i have not received a response

I didn’t realise how essential this email was and once i arrived i could not access my room because i didn’t have the instructions to get in
