Pros
The location is superb. The suite was beautifully serviced every day. Entrance is level and they were good at offering us a choice of seating location so i could manoeuvre.
The shower is really modern & it had a hair dryer and nice soap in dispensers for showering. The complimentary water and molton brown toiletries are a nice touch. The bathroom is rather tiny, but designer-made with stuff from moltonbrown.
Staff are warm and welcoming. Good selection of drinks and nice decor. There is a bar area downstairs and all the staff were efficient and charming.
A smallish but beautiful hotel in a wonderful position to explore london. Lovely decor, nice little cocktail bar and coffee shop. Pretty outside street seating with heat lamps.
Cons
The hotel was a small one, it’s ok. Abominably expensive. It's unacceptably small for a couple.
It is not suitable for those with claustrophobia. It's horribly claustrophobic and i'm not claustrophic. Ownership both operator and landlord seem not to be concerned.

We were put in a tiny small room cupboard with no window when we mentioned we were unhappy with our room staff were very unhelpful

Unfortunately the whole experience was a nightmare and her birthday was ruined

She ended up checking out the same evening and had to hunt around london for another hotel at 11 o’clock at night it was that bad

Honestly don’t waste your money you could get somewhere twice as good for half the price elsewhere

Once they’ve got your money they really don’t care whether you enjoy your stay or not
