Since wyndham had recently announced a major rollout of mobile checkin and this place was so new we had assumed that mobile checkin would be available here

I’ve been calling since that day and nothing has turned up and the staff i speak to talk to me in a very condescending tone as if it’s not their issue to resolve

Those two items were pretty expensive and all i’m getting back is a sorry it’s your fault and not our problem can’t even get a hold of the manager who is apparently the owner as well to address the issue himself

The staff was friendly i told them i left a phone and was already a couple hours away so they mailed it without any extra cost

Manager stated it was an extended stay client and she gave them permission to leave it there
