The luggage storage is haphazard at best and not at all secure

We will spend 5 nights at the hotel we always ask for a nonsmoking room we take 10 days of travel to 5 different hotels and never have any problem they tell us that it can not be that if we want nonsmokers we will pay 58000 ¥ € 580 more for room of upper range
