Smoking within the hotel is not controlled and this needs to be within designated areas for them

Unfortunately my wife fell in the bathroom at 0230 am and as i am disabled i was unable to help her so i had to get help from the night staff we cannot thank them enough for what they did thankfully se was okay

The hotel is lovely but only 3 days into holiday all these changes were made without any notices going up telling guests and no spanish restaurant to dine in either
