The hotel itself is conveniently located on a quiet side street only a short walk to the old town square and wenceslas square the river and of course charles bridge

The hotel is beautiful the location is so perfect in the center prague 1 about 10 min walking to the clock and the old town hall

I would have scored with 5 stars but reception staff subtract points we were 6 people we payed a lot to stay at this hotel and we had too much trouble because the recepcion staff mistakes

We had to explain they saw the error and rectified

Then they charged more expensive one of the rooms with no reason and we had to claim they recognized the error and they returned the money
