Requested two wake up calls for our second day and only received one

We rushed to leave and as we waited on our uber to get to the airport and speak to the manager the price changed by 20 euro

When the manager finally arrived they spent the 10 minutes we had waiting on our ride trying to figure out who took our wake up call request not trying to rectify the problem for us
