However we was very disappointed how old it was upstairs the air con did not work and the shower was cold and the shower was blocked

We stayed at the front of the hotel but only to find out it was only single glazing so the noise level is not what we are use too

I reported it to the person in reception he just said i will report it to the maintenance person

However our last visit was just ok standards have slipped and there was a noticable lack of overal maintenance

The air conditioning was not working one of the reasons we like to use the hotel and the staff tried to make out it had only just failed looking at other reviews it appears it hadnt been working for some time

Also despite selecting an arrival time when we booked no effort was made to fulfill the request

However we did encounter some issues the water in the shower wasnt hot enough the sink was partially clogged and the air con stopped working mid stay

We told the staff of these issues and after trying to fix them we were compensated for one night
