From the moment we stepped into our room the problems started

There was no hot water no hand soap in the middle of a pandemic and the magnetic lock on the door stopped working

It took 20 mins for someone to arrive and assist us and a further 45 mins to open the lock on the door

The next day we switched rooms and again the shower outside had no hot water the blow dryer wouldnt stay plugged in and this time the ac sounded like a formula 1 engine

We reported these problems all along the stay but they just kept happening

When our order arrived i stated that i was allergic to an item and the waiter very rudely commented that he didnt see the problem and i should remove the item myself
