Pros
Convenient location with ample parking, next to gas stations, car wash and a few fast food places. It is right off of interstate and a nice pit stop along the way of our travels. It has free parking too.
Very nice hotel. Very clean and reasonably priced. Front desk most cordial & helpful. At check in dalia always takes care of us and it is much appreciated!
Family room has a nice big couch and the two queen beds. Comfy beds with sheets and blankets and pillows for the sofabed. King suite with comfortable sitting area and controllable ac. Glassed-in shower unusual at this price point.
Cons
Billings is a 'tourist hub' and there is no need for such an onerous policy. Do not reserve in advance. Unprofessional staff puts what was a top rating down to a bottom rating. Bad billing system.
This room was infested with ants. There was someone already in room 205. This is a big facility, 4-floors, and the supply of food was short.

Then i realized my room had not been cleaned well since my stay 4 days prior

We requested another room and they sent us to a single bed and we had reserved double after requesting again we had to move upstairs to another room

I spoke to clerk at front desk and she would not credit room and didn’t show concern except to say she told her manager and manager also said no refund
