I was visiting paris to see some family and friends and stayed here for 3 nights with my mum when i saw this hotel online i thought it looked very modern and stylish the price per night seemed like a total steal

The room is smaller than it appears on the photos there is not a decent chair to sit on or desk to work on

Whats more the hotel staff are unable to fix even the simplest of technical issues

The heating in my room did not work which to say the least is uncomfortable in the middle of november when its 3 degrees outside

I have had to come down three times to get an update

However there was nothing he could do as there were no technicians available and the hotel was completely booked

When i requested a refund or compensation for the inconveniences he stated that only the manager had the authority to do so and the manager would not come in until 10

In conclusion i would not recommend this hotel unless you have a desire to slowly freeze to your death for €160 per night
