We were in fir and decided to walk back from the pool plaza but the accommodation areas are not sign posted around the footpaths and with very poor lighting once you get past the sports building and sauna we got lost

We decided to spend christmas at longleat center parc and on the whole we weren’t disappointed

The plaza was rammed with people it was horrible

What we hadn’t thought through was that the people leaving and the people arriving were all “homeless”

We have been going to centre parcs since i was 8 most years sometimes twice a year i am 33 now this year was so awful the state of our lodge was well words can’t describe it has put us of returning

The only complaint i have regarding the lodge is the terrible oven

To be fair they did come and clean it unfortunately the smell returned and on the second occasion they replaced the shower trap
