The most concerning aspect is that my wife felt uncomfortable with the entertainment staff escorting her to her apartment with my daughter on thursday night trying to hug her to which when i was out for the late entertainment on wednesday night i didn’t have the escort back to the apartment read into this for yourself and on friday once i left my wife with my son to use the internet in reception the same entertainment staff made an inappropriate proposition i put in a complaint and the manager failed to deal with the situation

All the manager will need to do is look at the cctv the manager said this was the first case of anything like this happening of this type of complaint

Then the said staff member confronted my family in the reception area to have a full scale heated argument in front of a witness it was totally unprofessional and missed that he was totally in the wrong on making my wife uncomfortable luckily my daughter and her friends stopped the staff member trying to get my wife on her own as he wanted to have a private conversation with her after making an inappropriate proposition to which she declined

In the end we left 3 hours before our transfer my wife and child was uncomfortable with the whole situation

We didn’t manage to see any turtles are some reviews has said but it didn’t spoil the day

The kettle had to be replaced after making any hot drink taste like perfume
