All inclusive drinks were of a poor quality also some pool snacks were not part of all inclusive package

Awful gluten free menu broken biscuits and a roll was told to order night before and would get pastries that never happened nothing labled either very poor servce from kitchen and resturant staff regarding menu

The hairdryer in the room didn’t work but we told the reception and were given a replacement hairdryer

There is a lift from the pool area down to the beach which is very handy it cost 13

Disappointed with the view from our bedroom as we were on floor 1 which overlooked the roof of the restaurant this took away from the breathtaking view i’m sure they would have moved us if we asked but we decided being closer to the bar was the obvious better choice
