The food is really great but the service is tooooo slow 20minutes waiting for the wine for example and definitely doesnt live up to the expectations

Sadly i will not be returning or recommending this beautiful establishment due to my discontent with the lack of service food quality from the 4 introductory dishes i had and overall unapologetic and pretentious lack of value

We were received in the lounge where tables and chairs are low making it hard to dine properly

Asking if any dishes were to our liking or cooked properly popping by to assist with a candle rearrangement of the tiny table setting romancing or better yet just announcing any of the dishes showing some kind of interest for his job but unfortunately this was dismissed and left to crash and burn

Absolutely bummed about this as i regularly use st germain in my mixing sea urchin ceviche two small portions of unimaginative unappealing and downright useless ceviche
