I can understand a group of people that may find the xpac a bit expensive for what it offers because at a price of 40 dollars you can buy a whole new game but personally i wouldnt mind shelling out 500 for a wouldbe perfect civ game because there isnt a game out there with anywhere near the content and dynamics of it
Just one more xpac and itll blow civ v out of the water
