It separates in the packaging, so you have to shake it before opening it. Sometimes I forget and can see the liquid and lotion come out separately. It moisturizes my skin well, but feels too greasy for me to continue. I know it's oil-free but for some reason, it feels oily and caused a couple of pimples to show up after a few uses. The other negative thing is the smell. It's a strong chemical smell similar to the Resveratrol lift face cream. I prefer no scent or very mild pleasant scent in my skincare products and unfortunately, I can't tolerate this smell.  Read Less
