I haven't had any issues with the white cast, but i'm outrageously pale so i'm a bad barometer for that.

Also, this is scented but i didn't mind it, it faded within 10 minutes.

About the "tint", yes it can happen when you don't blend into skin immediately , but if you do otherwise you should't have that problem.
