Well look no further, this is THE product to try! This worked great on top of other eye creams, under makeup, on top of makeup, anytime you need an extra boost of hydration. The product is easy to apply , you don’t need much, it is cooling and helps diminish fine lines , helps reduce puffiness and keeps under eyes hydrated all day!
