Which is why some people looking for that overly matte look like their skin is made out of suede, will not necessarily like it.

I love cover fx (the only reason i’m not giving one star) and have never had an issue with the brand but this product just isn’t it.

Also it does not provide a "full matte" finish.

It would probably not work great trying to mattify a hydrating or luminous foundation or a tinted moisturizer.
