I’ve never used CBD oil but I wanted to give it a try. I wanted something top quality so I did a bit of research before buying anything. I used it my shoulders, rubbed it onto my neck and a little on my wrists. It took a few hours but I felt a noticeable difference in my anxiety level and I felt physically relaxed. It felt like I had a full body massage. I’m not imagining this because I felt the same sensation after every time I applied it. I’m only giving it 4 stars because I didn’t like the design of the bottle. Somewhat impractical- I don’t like the twist off function.  Read Less
