The pinhole is too skinny for most pens and the aluminum pan only comes up a wee bit where you have to dig it out with tweezers while pushing it from the back

I like being able to reuse the plastic portion of the product but i might go look for a new product when this one is done because it was such a hassle

This is the first product of kat von ds i have used and i am not disappointed in fact i purchased an additional 3 refills when the sale was on
