I apply the toner first then the oil and it gets pilly, like starts rubbing off into this nasty stuff i have to wipe off my face and i hate it.

I was getting a lot of acne near my chin area, they just kept on popping up.

I used it day and night, and by the third/fourth day, my acnes started to calm, the redness have gone down significantly, new ones were still popping up but less fierce.

In that amount of time there should have at-least been a small change like reduced redness, flattened pimples, anything.
